By combining evidence-based research and nutritional analysis, I look at the root causes of imbalances in the body and work to bring it back into balance using natural, food-first approaches.
Hi, I’m Caeley
My journey into the world of nutrition began at 15, when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. It was a life-changing moment—one that pushed me to grow up quickly and tune in deeply to my body. Overnight, I had to learn how to think like an endocrinologist, eat like a nutritionist, and advocate for myself in ways I never expected. What started as a challenge soon became a calling. It was the first time that I realized that food isn’t just fuel- but also a powerful tool for supporting, balancing, and living fully.
Throughout college, I found myself diving headfirst into my nutrition courses, fueled by a deep need to understand my own body and a growing desire to help others feel more in control of theirs. But as I moved through the traditional curriculum, something didn’t sit right.
The clinical, textbook approach felt disconnected from the real, lived experiences of people navigating their health. I wasn’t just looking for protocols—I was looking for a deeper understanding. I wanted to explore the why behind the symptoms, to see the body as a whole, and to use food in a way that truly supports everyday life, not just manages it.
My search for a more connected, root-cause approach to wellness led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Through their foundational approach, I studied the five pillars of health: nutrient-dense diet, digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep, and stress management. This holistic framework finally gave me the tools—and the language—to support clients in a way that honors both science and individuality.
Today, I work with clients who are ready to move beyond quick fixes and truly understand what their bodies need. Whether you’re dealing with energy crashes, blood sugar swings, digestive discomfort, or just feel disconnected from your body, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your own health journey.
I don’t take this work lightly—your health is your greatest asset. It deserves care, curiosity, and respect. What began as a personal challenge has become my greatest passion, and I’m deeply grateful to walk alongside others as they reconnect with their bodies and rediscover what feeling well really means.
