By combining evidence-based research and nutritional analysis, I look at the root causes of imbalances in the body and work to bring it back into balance using natural, food-first approaches.
Hi, I’m Caeley
My journey into nutrition began at 15, when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes — a life-changing moment that pushed me to grow up quickly and deeply tune in to my body. I had to learn how food, blood sugar, and daily habits affected how I felt, and what began as a challenge soon became a calling. It was my first realization that food isn’t just fuel, but a powerful tool for balance, support, and living fully.
While earning my undergraduate degree in nutrition, I became deeply invested in understanding both my own body and how to help others feel more in control of theirs. But the traditional, clinical approach felt disconnected from real life. I wasn’t just looking for protocols — I wanted to understand the why behind symptoms and support the body as a whole.
That search led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. There, I trained in a root-cause, holistic framework focused on nutrient-dense food, digestion, blood sugar balance, sleep, and stress — giving me the tools to support clients in a way that honors both science and bio-individuality.
Today, I work with clients who are ready to move beyond quick fixes and truly understand what their bodies need. Whether you’re navigating energy crashes, blood sugar swings, digestive discomfort, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your health journey.
