Inside the Foundational Deep Dive, we work together to uncover and address the root causes of your symptoms so you can build true, sustainable health.

Over 12 weeks, we take a comprehensive look at your health history, current nutrition and lifestyle habits, symptoms, and personal goals. From there, we create a personalized, realistic plan that may include targeted nutrition shifts, supportive lifestyle practices, and strategic supplementation — all tailored to your body and your life.

With dedicated 1:1 support and regular check-ins, you won’t be navigating this alone. I’m here to guide, educate, and empower you each step of the way, helping you make meaningful changes that actually stick.

By the end of our time together, you’ll walk away with clarity, practical tools, and the confidence to support your health long-term — building a strong foundation that serves you for years to come.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

    • Initial Consult
      We’ll begin with a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, family background, and goals. This helps me understand where you are now and determine the best starting point for your personalized plan.

    • Recommendations Call
      During this session, we’ll walk through your customized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. I’ll explain what to focus on first, why it matters, and how to implement changes in a realistic, sustainable way — with plenty of space for your questions and input.

    • Follow-Up Visits
      We’ll meet every two weeks to track progress, review symptom changes, celebrate wins, and adjust your plan as needed. In our last follow-up, we’ll reassess key questionnaires and journals to measure improvement and provide deeper education and ongoing support.

  • Your protocol is thoughtfully designed around you. Through a comprehensive assessment of your nutrition and lifestyle habits, we uncover patterns, imbalances, and areas that need extra support so we can build personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplement recommendations that feel realistic and sustainable. We focus on small, meaningful changes that create lasting results — without overwhelm.

Together, we’ll focus on simple, delicious meals that nourish your body, support your energy, and help you feel more connected to what you eat in everyday life.   • Unlike traditional healthcare, my approach emphasizes connection and ongoing support. You’re never on your own—whether you have a question, need a quick check-in, or simply want encouragement, I’m here to help. I do my best to respond within 24 hours during business hours.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I assess your symptoms, history, and lifestyle to uncover imbalances and create a personalized plan that supports your body's natural ability to heal. This process includes nutrition, but also explores habits like sleep, stress, movement, and mindset. Rather than focusing only on calories or isolated nutrients, it looks at how different systems in the body—like digestion, blood sugar regulation, and stress response—work together to influence your overall health.
My approach is centered on nourishment—focusing on what we can add to your plate to support your body, not what we need to take away. It’s about creating balance, not perfection.
All sessions are currently held virtually. This allows us to work together from anywhere, offering flexibility and comfort while still providing personalized, high-quality support.
Supplements are recommended only when helpful. You’ll have access to high-quality, practitioner-grade options if they support your goals.
